Shipping policy


Your order means alot to us. Orders placed on www.zikorahair.com can be shipped to the UK and most international countries. Please allow 7 - 10 days to receive your order.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

Virtual Gift Cards are sent to your email address after your order is placed. 

 

Domestic Shipping (UK)

Under 5 - Under 1kg - 7 - 10 business days - 4-7 business days - 3 business days

 

International Shipping

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched between Monday to Friday. All orders placed during the weekend or on a UK public holiday will be dispatched on Monday or on the next business day.

 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses.

 

International Orders

Additional fees and shipping restrictions may be applied if you live in some international countries. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. Zikora Hair cannot reimburse or refund customs. We have no control over customs/duties fees - these are charged by the country of import.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund policy.
